Let us turn to the legislation and practice of its application.

The Labor Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law "On the Fundamentals of the Health of Citizens in the Russian Federation" No. 323-FZ does not contain special qualification requirements for the position of "Head of Medical Organization".

These requirements are contained in subband regulations governing the qualification characteristics of posts, such as:
