Regulations on the Directorate on International Relations and Regional Development

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The Directorate of MOO "MAP" on international relations and regional development (hereinafter referred to as the Directorate) is a structural unit of the Interregional Public Organization "Moscow Association of Entrepreneurs" MOO "MAP" and was created with the objectives of working as part of the MAP "MAP" activities (hereinafter - MAP "MAP" ).

1.2 The Directorate is guided in its activities by the legislation of the Russian Federation, methodological and regulatory materials on legal activities, the concept of MOO "MAP", the procedure for the conclusion and design of economic contracts, the procedure for systematization, accounting and maintenance of legal documentation using modern information technologies, constituent documents and local acts MOO "MAP", instructions of the higher guidance, as well as this Regulation.

1.3. The Directorate exercises its activities on the basis of the provision approved by the Council of Heads of the Committees of the MOO "MAP".

1.4. Special areas of activity of the Directorate are determined by the President of MOO "MAP".

5. Basic Rights Rights

6. The interaction of the Directorate with the structural divisions of the Association

7. Functions of the head of the Directorate

7.1. The head of the Directorate is appointed by the President of the President of the MOO "MAP" and is in direct subordination of the Director General of the MOO "MAP".

7.2. The head of the Directorate is obliged to operate the operational management of the Directorate, plan, organize and monitor all the operation of the Directorate.

7.3. The head of the Directorate introduces proposals to the heads of the Association on the main activities of the Directorate as part of its competence.

7.4. The head of the Directorate ensures the interaction of the Directorate with any Russian and foreign organizations.

7.5 The head of the Directorate on the basis of the powers of the executive bodies of the Association is entitled to enter into contracts, agreements and other legal documents:

7. Responsibility of the Directorate

7.1. The head and deputy head of the Directorate are responsible for the quality and timeliness of the assignment assigned to the Directorate of Tasks and Functions.

7.2. The Directorate is not responsible for the negative consequences that have come due to non-submission by other divisions or employees of the Association of the necessary complete information on emerging legal issues, barriers and disputes.

8. Criteria for assessing the activities of the Directorate

9. Financial activities Directorate

9.1 The formation of financial resources of the Directorate is carried out from the following sources:

9.3. The funds received as a result of the financial activities of the Directorate are taken into account on a separate facial card accounting of the MOO "MAP" and are distributed on the basis of the estimates approved by the Director General of the MAP "MAP" on the basis of the proposals of the Directorate of the Directorate.

10. Organization of the work of the Directorate
