The winners of the All-Russian Trajectory Prize - an annual competition best projectspromoting the professional self-determination of young people.

In 2018, applications were accepted for participation in the Competition from representatives educational organizations, commercial and non-profit organizations - the authors of career guidance practices and events aimed at informing about the professions in demand in the labor market and professional campaigning for young people.

This year, 276 works from more than 60 regions were submitted to the competition Russian Federation... Expert jury - representatives federal bodies executive power, scientific community, all-Russian public organizations - applications were evaluated according to the main criteria: relevance, creativity, efficiency, professionalism, scalability and publicity.

Based on the results of the assessment, the jury determined the winners in 3 nominations:

The winner in the nomination « Professional choice» was Tatiana Solovyova, a representative of the Kurgan Industrial Technical School with the project "Vocational guidance technopark" Zauralsky Navigator ". The main goal of the project is to create an integrated system vocational guidance and psychological support for students and youth who meet the requirements of the regional labor market on the basis of interdepartmental interaction of authorities, educational institutions, employers and public organizations in the region.

The winner in the nomination "Initiative" were Svetlana Nepokorova and Andrei Naumov, representatives of the Center for Technical Creativity and Early Career Guidance - the Volga Center for Aerospace Education, the Nizhegorodsky Quantorium children's technology park with the Nizhny Novgorod Sirius project with an innovative system in the area of professional self-determination children and youth. The practice is based on the principle of networking: active participation in master classes, trainings, business games, meetings with representatives of professions, solving case tasks.

The winner in the nomination "Personnel for development" became the project "Practice 3.0", the authors of which are Natalia Derkanosova and Pavel Demidov, employees of the Voronezh State Agrarian University named after Emperor Peter I, and Tatiana Lyapina, deputy general director for personnel of the management company of OOO EkoNiva-APK Holding. The project is designed to increase the motivational focus on mastering the chosen profession and to form the appropriate competencies, as well as to increase the students' interest in finding a job in agro-industrial complexes RF, located in rural areas.

The award ceremony will take place on November 23 in Nizhny Novgorod as part of the All-Russian Youth Economic Congress.

The "Trajectory" award has been held since 2013 as part of the implementation of one of the priority directions of the state youth policy "Professional self-determination of the young generation".

We continue to accept applications for participation in the All-Russian competition for the best practices of professional self-determination of youth "Trajectory Prize". An application for participation in the All-Russian competition must be submitted by October 31, 2018. The purpose of the Competition is to identify the best practices for holding events aimed at informing young people about professions in demand in the labor market and attracting young people to professional implementation in the real sector of the economy.

The Competition is open to both physical and legal entitiesimplementing activities aimed at vocational guidance of young people: 1) citizens of the Russian Federation aged 18 and over; 2) legal entities, including commercial and non-profit organizations, educational organizations, state and municipal institutions; 3) executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation; 4) collectives of citizens from 3 people.

To participate in the All-Russian competition, you must register with the AIS "Youth of Russia", then submit an application through personal Area system user by filling out the questionnaire of the participant of the competition.

Nominations of applications:
- "Professional choice" - the best career guidance practices aimed at acquainting students of general education organizations from 14 to 18 years old with the leading enterprises of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, implemented by educational organizations, bodies state power and local governments.
- "Personnel for Development" - the best practices of professional campaigning.

Based on the results of the All-Russian competition, FADM plans to prepare guidelines to inform youth about priority areas economic development country and youth involvement in professional activity in promising areas. The prepared materials will be recommended for implementation in the work of the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, as well as educational organizations.

In order to increase the motivation for the participation of representatives Sverdlovsk region in the All-Russian competition "Trajectory Prize", GAU SO "Youth House" organizes the summing up at regional level, i.e. holds a regional competition. To participate in regional competition must submit an application by October 28, 2018. The rest of the conditions for participation in the regional competition are identical to the conditions for participation in the All-Russian competition. There is no need to apply twice. On November 22, 2017, in Voronezh, the face-to-face stage of the competition for the best practices of professional self-determination of youth "Trajectory Prize" was held.

The competition was organized by the Voronezh State Technical University, Federal agency on Youth Affairs, Russian Center for Promotion of Youth Entrepreneurship. The event was organized with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, as part of the implementation of the Activity Development Program student associations VSTU in 2017.

The purpose of the competition is to develop the All-Russian system of vocational guidance for young people, as well as help in professional choice and building a professional trajectory for young people. The Trajectory Prize platform unites and develops career guidance practices from all over the country. It is also important to attract public attention to the problem of vocational guidance of all interested parties: educational organizations, employers and young people. "

The main objectives of the competition were:

Identification, collection and study of effective practices of career guidance activities for further dissemination;
- attracting public attention to the topic of vocational guidance and consolidation of all interested parties - educational organizations, employers and youth, as well as specialists in the field of vocational guidance;
- support of organizations that implement vocational guidance activities, and the formation of a "culture of work for results" in the vocational guidance system;
- formation of a conscious attitude of young people to professional choice and career building;
- the introduction of new effective forms of professional and personal self-determination, youth employment and the formation of professional trajectories;
- the formation among young people of objective ideas about modern world labor and professions on the example of leading employing companies;
- teaching youth the principles of building professional career and skills in labor market behavior.

The Trajectory Prize competition has been held for the 4th time. The participants of the competition are the leaders of vocational guidance projects. They are representatives of educational organizations, commercial and non-commercial organizations, initiative groups, regional executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, implementing the state youth policy.

In total, 236 works from various regions of the Russian Federation were submitted for participation in the competition: Kaliningrad Region, Krasnoyarsk Territory, Tver Region, Arkhangelsk Region, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Murmansk Region, Amur Region, St. Petersburg in the nominations:
