  • after replacing the EKLZ, the employees of the TEC fill out all the necessary documents and acts;

  • all documents after replacing the EKLZ cash desk must be submitted to the federal tax office within five working days after the procedure.

  • 3 months before the end of the device's life.

  • When the unit breaks down.

It is necessary to notify the technical service center (abbreviated as TSO) and send a letter of application to activate the new tape. At the end of the service life, such an application is submitted 1 month before its end.

Step 2. Tax notification

After the onset of signs of replacement, you should notify the tax office before replacing the unit, having previously visited the service center and submit the following documents to the IFTS:

  • Cashier's journal (document form - KM 4).
  • CCP registration card.
  • The conclusion received from the technical service center on the reasons for replacing the unit, drawn up in triplicate, in the form of document No. KM-2. The application must be certified by the center of those. service.

After reviewing the provided package of documents, the tax office must sign an act on the replacement of the unit and put a stamp on the documents authorizing the replacement procedure, while the cash register registration card and the cashier's journal remain in the tax office at the time of replacement.

Step 3. Replacing the block in the central heating center

After receiving confirmation from the tax office about the permission to replace the unit, the process goes as follows:

  • A short report on the closings of shifts is taken (the period of the report is from the moment of activation to your last shift of the checkout).
  • Close the archive in accordance with the rules described in the documents of the supplier of cash registers. If the tape is replaced in an emergency, it will be necessary to close the archive using the software
  • The casing of the KKM is removed
  • The block of control tape is removed
  • A new unit is being installed
  • The cover is installed in place
  • The device is being activated.
  • Results reports are taken.
  • After that, documents are drawn up to replace the block

Important! Please note that it is prohibited to operate the cash register while replacing the EKLZ.

Step 4. Submission of documents to the tax office after replacing the block

After you have had the replacement of the unit, you need to notify the tax authority about this fact. To do this, you will need to submit a package of documents, which consists of the following items:

  1. Specialist call log (KM-8) with a record of the replacement procedure. Stick the tear-off part of the coupon with the identification number indicated on it.

  3. Act KM-2 (in 3 copies) with a record of the replacement, as well as the state and readings of the unit before and after the procedure (filled in by employees of the Central Service Center)

After receiving the package of documents, the tax authority will check the correctness of their execution and return the cashier-operator's journal, documents for replacing the control tape, and also signs 3 copies of the act on the replacement of block No. KM-2.
