6.5. Lead the work to improve the transport network in the served region.
6.6. Take measures to coordinate the work of road transport with other modes of transport.
6.7. Take measures for the timely conclusion of contracts with organizations for the carriage of goods.
6.8. Monitor and analyze the progress of transportation volumes and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
6.9. Analyze the technical and operational performance of rolling stock on routes.
6.10. Participate in the development of measures aimed at improving the efficiency of the rolling stock, the quality of customer and passenger service, and strengthening financial discipline.
6.11. Participate in the organization of control over the observance of the rules for the transportation of passengers and baggage, the correct application of tariffs, the preparation of travel documentation for determining the distances when performing passenger and cargo transportation.
6.12. Ensure control over the condition of roads, bridges, access roads and stopping points, points of loading and unloading, take measures to equip them and bring them into good condition.
6.13. Organize timely and high-quality registration of established forms of accounting and reporting on transportation.
6.14. Be responsible for the organization of labor protection in the department.
6.15. Control:
- fulfillment by subordinate employees of labor protection duties;
- compliance by employees with the requirements of labor protection legislation.
6.16. Conduct, in the prescribed manner, primary at the workplace, repeated, unscheduled and targeted briefings on labor protection with employees.
6.17. To carry out labor protection measures, instructions of state supervision and control bodies, labor protection services in a timely manner.
6.18. Train workers in safe working practices and techniques.
