Main limitations:

Packages are considered oversized if, with a weight of less than 68 kg (or another weight limit for the country of destination), they exceed 330 cm (or another size limit for the country of destination) in length and girth together. FedEx may refuse to carry such Shipments, or, if it agrees to carry them, at its option, may classify them as FedEx International Priority Freight (1-3 business days international shipping) or FedEx International Economy ( 4-5 working days), while the tariff can be applied to them as to Shipments with a minimum weight of 68 kg, regardless of the actual weight.
  4. FedEx Envelope and FedEx Parcel Shipments must be placed in the appropriate FedEx packaging.
  5. Only one type of service can be specified on one (Air) Waybill, and only one FedEx Envelope, 10kg FedEx Box, or 25kg FedEx Box can be sent per (Air) Waybill.
  6. The sender can send up to ten different units of cargo on one (Air) Waybill.
  7. The sender can send up to 999 Packages on one (Air) Waybill.

Cargo not accepted for carriage:

The following shipments will not be accepted for carriage regardless of destination unless otherwise agreed with FedEx:

  1. Cash (coins, cash, banknotes and bearer negotiable financial instruments equivalent to cash such as endorsed stocks, bonds and teller orders), collectible coins and stamps;
  2. Explosives (FedEx does not accept Class 1.3 explosives. In some countries, Class 1.4 explosives are accepted. Please contact customer service for details prior to shipment), pyrotechnics and other incendiary or flammable materials;
  3. Human corpses, organs or body parts, human or animal embryos, cremated or exhumed human remains;
  4. Shipments to the addresses of the branches of the military postal service of the army, air force and navy;

  9. Lottery tickets, gaming devices prohibited by law;
  10. Perishable goods (other than those listed in clause (7)), except for previously agreed cases;
  11. Pornographic and / or obscene material;
  12. Shipments made in accordance with the following documents (except for previously agreed cases):
    1. International customs documentspermitting temporary duty-free import of certain goods (permits for temporary duty-free import for demonstration, etc.);
    2. Return requirements customs duties (requirements for the return of customs duties on imports at the time of export);
    3. Permits for temporary import (permits for temporary entry for repairs, etc.);
    4. Letters of credit. Letter of credit shipments are generally prohibited, with the exception of letter of credit shipments requiring "courier delivery" as defined in article 25 usp 600, which are sent under the FedEx expanded service international air waybill;
  13. Hazardous waste, including but not limited to used hypodermic needles and / or syringes, and medical waste;
  14. Water ice (frozen water);
  15. Shipments for which FedEx must obtain a special license or authorization to transport, import or export;
  16. Shipments the carriage, import or export of which is prohibited by law, regulation or regulations;
  17. Goods, the declared value of which for customs exceeds the permitted value (see Clause 18: declared value and limitation of liability);
  18. Dangerous goods, excluding goods, the carriage of which is permitted in accordance with paragraph 9 " dangerous goods";

Well. Transfer of 3 A4 sheets from Berlin to Novograd-Volynsky. The husband paid 70 euros for Priority, and this is not 3-4 working days, but for some reason a week to Ukraine, according to the website. A small spoiler - the parcel got to Ukraine less than from Kiev to Novograd-Volynsky.

On April 8, my husband sent the parcel at 3, at 8 the same day, she left Berlin. And flew, attention - to France, somewhat in the opposite direction from Ukraine, but nevertheless. 9.04 at 4:43 am the last update - the parcel left Paris.
And no more news for two days. At lunchtime on 10.04 I called the call center, they said that the parcel was not in Ukraine, and the latest data, it was in Paris, was told to call tomorrow.
The next day I called on 11.04, and there is still no update on the site. They said the package was already in Kiev, and in the evening they should send it to Zhytomyr, and tomorrow on April 12, I will already have it, they gave me the number of the branch in Zhytomyr so that they would be zonites.

I called the call center again in the morning. I was suspiciously quick with the words oh, something was wrongly switched to the chief for sending to the regions.
And this chief turned out to be a real boor and rude. He said that if she wanted documents, I urgently had to tell my husband to come and bring them himself, and I take his time and distract him from work. What information did I receive - he did not receive the package, did not see it, and did not send it anywhere further. And I was also rude and rude.
And the site still has a delivery exception status
I called to Zhytomyr, the car went to Novogrd this morning, but my package was not there, they don't know where it is. Half an hour later they called back, found the parcel in the warehouse, how it did not get on the car - no one knows. On Saturday they do not work, and on Monday they do not go to Novograd, they said to wait for Tuesday.

As a result - a terrible impression of the service in Ukraine, a spoiled mood and dead nerve cells.

I was not waiting for headphones with aliexpress, but very important documents, originals, which not only were important, but also needed urgently.

You expect the highest tracking service from the best delivery service in the world, and even not for little money, but you urgently wanted to receive comments to worry about your parcel, it was necessary for your husband to arrive by plane and bring documents, and the idea is not so bad, because a low-cost round trip would have flown faster for the same FedEx delivery money.

I do NOT recommend using FedEx if shipping from or to Ukraine.

The branch in Zhytomyr, a friendly person with whom I spoke, explained everything well and politely.
The courier who delivered the package is just darling.

DO NOT track your package.
The statuses on the site are not correct.
I subscribed to a status update, but no notifications were received.
The main dispatcher to the regions in the Kiev branch is a boor and a rude person, I hope the conversations are recorded, and he will fly in.
Delivery is longer stated, and the high price does not correspond to the quality of the services provided.

If the status of a postal item does not change for 7 - 20 days, do not worry, this is normal for international postal items.

If your previous orders arrived in 2-3 weeks, and new package travels more than a month, this is normal, because parcels go by different routes, in different ways, they can wait for sending by plane for 1 day, or maybe a week.

If the parcel left sorting center, customs, intermediate point and new statuses are not present within 7 - 20 days, do not worry, the parcel is not a courier who carries the parcel from one city to your home. In order to appear new status, the parcel must arrive, unload, scan, etc. at the next sorting point or post office, and this takes much more time than just getting from one city to another.
