Me and my experience - presentation for the competition "Teacher of the Year"

Me and mine experience.

1 slide - greeting from the jury

Good afternoon, dear colleagues, jury members, guests! Let me introduce you my school experience, my understanding of the mission teachers.

What does the word mean Teacher?

A mentor, a sage, a man?

The meaning, which is more important,

Argue for a century.

I think just a profession

Name few teachers:

Choose your calling

Fate showed him.

When fate told me to become teacher? Probably when I was an elementary school student. After all, it is from that time that the image of my first teachers, Alexandra Makarovna Logacheva. Thanks to her kindness of soul, sensitivity, responsiveness, I was able to choose my calling. After leaving school, my path lay in the pedagogical school.

The student years swept like a whirlwind. And so I - a graduate, 19 years old, went to recruit experience... I am the first the teacher... I am the first teacher, which is part of the life of the child and his family. Parents trust me with the most precious thing they have - their children. And from me, the first teachersdepends on how the child's school life will turn out.

Every child is unique and talented. This is a whole world of unrealized opportunities. My task is how teachers isto reveal these talents, to do everything so that the world of the child's feelings is filled with colors, joy and light.

Time flew by. For 27 years of my teaching career, I realized that “ Teacher is not just a professionbut a part of every person's life. And this part should be the best. " It's a way of life. This is an awareness of the enormous responsibility to the state, to society, and above all to the student. Dozens of inquisitive eyes look at me every day. The future of Russia is sitting at the desks in my lessons. And in this future I have to live, my family. And not only the life of the country depends on what these children will become, but mine too.

The teaching profession does not tolerate stagnation, monotony, and inactivity. In my work I try to follow the following rules:

1. Everything I do, I do in good faith.

2. If necessary, I do it without fail.

3. I am accumulating pedagogical experience and share it.

My pedagogical experience is the sum of qualities: purposefulness + responsibility + desire to increase your potential + need to create + activity.

One of the main tasks teachers primary school - to lay the potential for enriched development of the child's personality. I am like the teacher is called to teach children creativity, to educate in each child an independent personality who owns the tools for self-development and self-improvement, who is able to find effective ways to solve a problem, and search for the necessary information. Therefore, in the new conditions, I just need to improve pedagogical technologies, methods, techniques and teaching aids.

I have to organize the lesson so that children independently acquire new knowledge and apply this knowledge in solving various problems. And here I could not do without the technology of the system-activity approach.

The system-activity approach is the main instrument of the teacher's activity. It enables children to grow up as people who will be able to understand, evaluate information, analyze it on the basis of their theoretical knowledge, will have the skills to apply this knowledge in non-standard conditions.

Key words in the activity approach in the primary education system are: seek, think, cooperate, get down to business, adapt.

I will decipher them:

Search - interrogate the environment, consult teachers, get information;

Thinking - to establish relationships between past and present events, to be critical of a particular statement,

Collaborate - be able to work in a group, make decisions, settle differences and conflicts, negotiate, develop and fulfill the responsibilities assumed;

Get down to business - get involved in work, be responsible, organize your work;

To adapt - to use new technologies of information and communication, to resist difficulties, to find new solutions.

What technologies of the system-activity approach do I use in my lessons in elementary school?

1. Technologies of problem learning

One of the important stages in the lesson I consider the stage of motivating students to work in the lesson. Maybe this is the most important stage of the lesson. Children should be surprised, go ahead, and when faced with a problematic issue, with a problem situation, want to solve the problem. Motivation can be both at the beginning of the lesson and at any other stage of the lesson.

I use gaming technologies in various forms: lesson-game, lesson-journey, quiz.

2. Technologies of differentiated education

I considered and still consider it very important in organizing practical work teach guys work in pairs, teach listen to the opinions of others, express their own, and draw conclusions.

Working in a group, each student in the class will receive the opportunity to either demonstrate your knowledge, or to clarify the application of the rule, or again get clarification... At the same time, everyone will also act as an expert. I use such forms of work both in the classroom and in extracurricular activities, in extracurricular work.

3. Technology of heuristic learning

Why are children interested in the lesson? Because children do not receive knowledge from teachers, and they discover them themselves, in the process of research and acquire personal significance. As a teacher, I only direct the activities of my students. The child should be included in independent educational and cognitive activities, then his activity abilities will be formed.

4. Information and communication technologies

Information technologies provide students with access to non-traditional sources of information, increase the efficiency of independent work, and provide completely new opportunities for creativity. In my work I use ready-made multimedia products and computer training programs, I create my own presentations, I use the means of the Internet in educational and extracurricular work.

14-15 slide

5. Health-saving technologies

These technologies are present in my practice in the classroom, in extracurricular activities and in extracurricular work.

I believe that the effectiveness of training directly depends on whether it sees teacher the success of their students, whether it contributes to their achievement. The life of an individual has meaning only to the extent that it helps to make the lives of other people more beautiful and noble.

I would like to finish my speech with the words of the writer and teacher Lyubov Rafailovna Kabo “From the writer there are books, from the artist - pictures. From every bright thinking teachers remains its unique experience…»

Slide 2

The teaching profession is one of the most respected, honorable and responsible professions. We can say that the teacher creates the future of the country, because the versatility of the development of knowledge of the young generation, its convictions, worldview, moral qualities largely depend on his work. Pedagogical activity requires a special calling. Education and training can be carried out by people with an inclination and love for this business. A teacher must love and pass on his knowledge to others, be carried away by the very process of teaching and educating a person.

Slide 3

The success of pedagogical activity largely depends on the communication skills of the teacher, on his ability to establish correct relationships with children. The teacher's job places great demands on his attention. The teacher works with the entire class and needs to keep many students in sight. He must be able to notice all changes in their behavior. Thus, observation, distribution of attention, its switchability are professionally important qualities of a teacher.

Slide 4

This profession is eternal. No matter how society changes, no matter how far it goes in its development, it will never do without a teacher. In the future, some professions will disappear, but there will always be teachers.

Slide 5

Why did I choose Primary School?
Any building should have a foundation that cannot be replaced by a beautiful façade, a trendy interior, or a new roof. Without a foundation, the building will collapse. It is precisely this foundation in the life of every person that is the elementary school, or rather, the knowledge, abilities, skills and qualities acquired in elementary school. Therefore, a person who chooses the profession of a primary school teacher must be fully aware of the burden of responsibility he is going to shoulder. It is not for nothing that the people say: "In middle and high school, look for an advanced school for your child, and in elementary school, look for a good teacher."

Teachers work not only in school, they transfer knowledge in colleges and institutes and other educational institutions. 3

8 Pedagogy, translated from Greek means "childbearing", that is, raising children, preparing them for life in society. As an established science, pedagogy deals with the disclosure of the laws of upbringing, determines the content of education and teaching methods. The beginning of the development of pedagogy dates back to ancient times. Pedagogy was born in the form of rules and instructions for adults on caring for children and observing their behavior. The pedagogical traditions, which laid the foundation for the development of pedagogy as a science, appeared in Ancient Greece in the 5th-4th centuries BC. Of particular interest are the Athenian and Spartan educational systems.

The Athenian education system assumed the beginning of education from the age of 7, when the teacher (the so-called black slave) took the child to school, where he first read and calculated, then came the turn of literary and aesthetic education. Physical education (running, jumping, swimming, javelin and discus throwing) also played an important role. The Spartan education system focused on the education of fortitude, physical endurance, and character hardening. ten
