4.8 When performing electronic CD, the electronic structure of the product and the electronic model of the product (assembly unit, complex, kit) should be performed with a degree of detail corresponding to the development stage. Requirements for the electronic model of the product - in accordance with GOST 2.052, for the electronic structure of the product - in accordance with GOST 2.053.

4.9 Working design documentation for products of a single production may be preceded by the performance of design documentation for individual stages of development (technical proposal, conceptual design, technical design) and, accordingly, the stages of the work indicated in Table 1.

4.10 Technical proposal - a set of design design documents, which must contain technical and feasibility studies for the feasibility of developing product documentation based on the analysis of technical specifications and various options for possible product solutions, a comparative assessment of solutions taking into account the design and operational features of the developed and existing products, as well as patent research ...

A technical proposal after agreement and approval in the prescribed manner is the basis for the development of a draft (technical) design.

List of works - according to GOST 2.118.

4.11 Draft design - a set of design design documents, which should contain fundamental design solutions that give a general idea of \u200b\u200bthe purpose, device, principle of operation and overall dimensions of the product being developed, as well as data that determine its main parameters.

The draft design, after agreement and approval in the prescribed manner, serves as the basis for the development of a technical design or working design document.

List of works - according to GOST 2.119.

4.12 Technical design - a set of design design documentation, which must contain the final technical solutions that give a complete picture of the device being developed, and the initial data for the development of a working design documentation.

The technical project, after agreement and approval in the prescribed manner, serves as the basis for the development of a working design document.

List of works - according to GOST 2.120.

4.13 Previously developed design documentation should be used in the development of new or modernization of manufactured products in the following cases:

a) in the project design documentation (technical proposal, draft and technical projects);

b) in the working CD with the letters "", "" ("", "", ... ""), "A", "B" and "I", if the lettering of the document used is the same or higher.

The lettering of a complete set of design documents is determined by the lowest of the letters specified in the design documentation included in the kit, except for the design documentation of purchased products.

4.14 CA, the originals of which are held by other organizations, can be used in the organization only if there are registered copies or duplicates of these CAs.

4.15 At the stages of development "Development of the design design documentation" should be developed for the design design document *.

At the stages "Development of a working design document", a working design document should be developed.

Working design documentation transferred (supplied) to the manufacturer for the production of products includes, among other things, operational documentation made in accordance with GOST 2.601, which is then supplied to the consumer (operator) along with the product. The design and working design documentation should be developed at the stage of the product life cycle "Design (development)".

Repair design documentation, if necessary, should be developed in accordance with GOST 2.602 at the stage of the product life cycle "Repair", as a rule, after a certain period of product operation *.

4.6 An electronic mock-up is a collection of electronic models of a product that describes its external shape and dimensions, allowing to fully or partially assess its interaction with elements of the production and / or operational environment, which serves to make decisions in the development of a product and the processes of its manufacture and use.

An electronic model is a virtual image of a product or an imitation reproduction of specific properties of a created product or its component part, which allows to fully or partially investigate individual characteristics of the product, as well as to evaluate the correctness of the adopted technical and design solutions.

Material and electronic layouts should be developed:

a) at the stage of developing a technical proposal in order to identify and check options for the main design solutions of the product being developed or its components, analyze various product options, identify additional or clarified requirements for the product;

b) at the stage of development of a draft design in order to check the principles of operation of the product or its component parts, the conditions for placement in the allotted space, the conditions of ergonomics of use and other properties of the product or its component parts;

c) at the stage of development of a technical project in order to check the basic design solutions of the product being developed or its components in terms of spatial-kinematic interaction with other products and component parts with each other and ergonomic conditions;

d) at the stage of developing a working design document for preliminary verification of the feasibility of changing individual components of the manufactured product before making these changes to the working design document of a prototype (pilot batch).

4.15 The life cycle of a product, as a rule, consists of the following stages: marketing research, design (development), manufacturing, control (acceptance), operation, repair, disposal.
