Entries will be accepted from April 22 to October 1, 2015, and the results of the competition are planned to be summed up at RIW-2015 (Russian Interactive Week 2015).

To take part in the competition, you must submit an application for participation on the website http://azbukainterneta.ru/konkurs, attaching your competition work - an essay in accordance with the nominations of the competition and photography. The training manual and the Internet portal "Internet ABC" were developed within the framework of the Agreement signed on January 22, 2014 between OJSC Rostelecom and the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation on cooperation in training pensioners in computer literacy. The purpose of cooperation is to facilitate access for pensioners to receive public services in in electronic format through the Internet and improve the quality of life through training in computer literacy and working on the Internet.

The manual sets out in detail and in an accessible form how and where you can receive state and municipal services in electronic form via the Internet. Receiving public services without leaving home is especially important and in demand by older people and people with disabilities. In the "Azbuka Internet" there is a large list of addresses and descriptions of useful Internet resources for pensioners: from the site gosuslugi.ru to finding the right drugs at the lowest prices. Thus, the network training program for retirees contributes to the improvement of the quality of life and prolongation of the active longevity of these audiences.

All materials of the program "Alphabet of the Internet" - a tutorial, guidelines for teachers, useful materials and links were posted by the developers of the program on the sites azbukainterneta.rf and azbukainterneta.ru in the public domain at the end of September 2014.

For six months, more than 500 people have registered on the portal in the section for teachers, on average, about 15 thousand users visit the portal every month, and full-time education according to the program "Alphabet of the Internet" is already in 30 regions of the Russian Federation.

1. General Provisions:

1.1. All-Russian competition of personal achievements of pensioners in the study of computer literacy "Thank you to the Internet - 2015" (hereinafter - the Competition) to popularize the topic of teaching older citizens and disabled people and the availability of social public services and services. The competition was organized by OJSC Rostelecom with the support of the Russian Pension Fund and Russian Association electronic communications.

1.2 This Regulation establishes the principles and terms of organizing, holding and summing up the results of the Competition, determines its participants, the procedure for submitting applications and summing up the results.

1. Goals and objectives:

1.1. Formation of a positive public opinion on the development and application of modern telecommunication technologies in all regions of the country.

1.2. Support for active social longevity and the implementation of the socio-cultural needs of older citizens.

1.3. Attracting public attention to the topic of increasing computer literacy of people of retirement and pre-retirement age.

1.4. Creation of positive national content in the Russian segment of the Internet.

1.5. Stimulating the regions to develop a system of mass computer literacy education for older citizens and disabled people.

1.6. Popularization of the adapted curriculum "Alphabet of the Internet" created by OJSC "Rostelecom" and the Pension Fund of Russia with the support of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Russian Federation.

2. Competitors

2.1. Internet users of retirement and pre-retirement age, as well as disabled pensioners who have completed computer literacy courses are invited to participate in the competition.

2.2. When submitting competition materials, the participants of the Competition must comply with the requirements of the legislation on copyright, as well as on intellectual property.

3. Competition Commission

3.1. To evaluate the competition works for federal level an expert commission is formed, which evaluates the work, ensures the uniformity of selection criteria, and also participates in the awarding of the winners of the Competition.

3.2. The powers of the Contest Commission include:

Resolution of questions about the admission of applicants to participate in the Competition;

Consideration and evaluation of the works of participants submitted to the Competition

Summing up the results of the Competition, determining the winners.

Attention! According to the rules of our competition, one work can be submitted only in one category. Only one work in only one nomination is accepted from one citizen.

Stages of the competition:

Stage 1: from April 22, 2015 to October 1, 2015 - acceptance of applications and registration of competitive works

Stage 2: from October 1, 2015 to October 21, 2015 - consideration of competitive works by the competition committee and summing up the results of the Competition.

Stage 3: November 2015 - solemn announcement by the Competition Commission of the results of the Competition and awarding of the winners of the Competition.

Summing up the results of the competition

To determine the winners, OJSC Rostelecom creates a Tender Commission. It includes representatives of the organizers of the competition, executive bodies authorities, public organizations... Information on the composition of the Competition Commission can be found on the website.

The winners are determined for each nomination (three winners). At the meeting of the Contest Commission, each participant is discussed collectively for each nomination.

Winners and awardees receive valuable gifts.

The organizers and partners of the competition have the right to additionally establish special prizes for works that did not become winners!

Winner's reward ceremony

The solemn announcement of the winners and their rewarding will take place in November 2015 in Moscow, at RIW 2015. If the winners do not have the opportunity to come to the awards ceremony, the prize is solemnly presented at the place of residence of the winner by the regional branch of Rostelecom. The possibility of organizing a video link with such winners during the award ceremony is also being considered.
