We decided to buy a home sports complex for the child. After some market research, we settled on the Champion complex from the Veresk factory. But when ordering, it turned out that this model will arrive at the warehouse in almost a month, but I wanted to quickly. It turned out that almost the same model “Funny Fidget No. 11” is available. It differs only in the absence of additional lateral "climbers". But it was brought not just quickly, but literally four hours after I made the order. The complex turned out to be packed in two long boxes, one of which was rather heavy. Consider this if you pick up yourself at the warehouse or order delivery only to the entrance, without going up to the floor. Looking ahead, I will say that during assembly, or rather, already installing the complex vertically, you will definitely need the help of a second person, preferably a man. We decided to collect it ourselves, or rather, myself. It was possible, of course, to order an assembly for 25% of the cost of the complex, but I love constructors since childhood, so I could not deny myself the pleasure. The assembly instructions were in a plastic bag glued to the inside of one of the boxes. In general, I would like our manufacturers of furniture, sports complexes and everything that can be assembled at home by yourself, to take an example from Ikea. There is an instruction there that is understandable even to a primitive man. Each step of the assembly is a separate clear and crisp picture without any extra text (almost like rock paintings). In our country, apparently, they save both paper and the strength of the instruction manuals, so all the assembly steps are given in the form of one large diagram with callouts and solid text with instructions such as “Connector“ 30 ”is installed on the metal sleeve“ 28 ”. At the same time, what is the bushing “28” and the connector “30” should be seen in a separate table, where all the details of the complex are drawn and numbered. In general, reading thoughtfully, you can figure everything out, but you have to jump from the text to the table, and from it to the assembly diagram. Below is the factory instruction:

I decided to supplement the assembly instructions from the manufacturer with my photographs, which, if possible, I took in the process. Not all of them are of high quality, so sorry. The main thing is that you can see what's what. The following text should only be considered as an addition to the official instructions and not as a replacement. So, first of all, free up more space to work. Place the mounting bolts in piles, depending on the size. Pay particular attention to the single M8x75 bolt. I foolishly managed to use it together with M8x60 bolts, and when, closer to the final stage of assembly, I needed it (and no other!), I had to unscrew all the bolts in turn and look for it. So, be careful - there will be less hassle. Now put the metal pipe-racks in “piles”. Racks are lower. They have spacer bolts at the bottom: Upper racks. Please note that they are numbered - 1,2,3 (saved on the number "3", we decided that it was already clear) Spacer pipes, one of them with a threaded sleeve in the upper part.
There are still two pipes left, but these are not racks, but parts of the upper horizontal frame. We will collect it later:
Further, according to the instructions, the connector “27” is installed on the metal sleeve “28” and the seal “30” is put on on both sides. And so three times. But we delivered this node in three copies already assembled:
Further, this connecting unit is installed all the way between the lower and upper racks of the complex. The direction of the arrows is towards the ceiling: We put glasses “20” on the lower racks (they will aesthetically cover the spacer bolts when we install everything):
Now take the spacer tube “10” (the one with the holes crosswise and no thread at the end). On it, from the end opposite the arrow, we put on the O-ring “17” and the seal “30”:
Now we insert this spacer pipe into rack number 1 so that the pipe does not reach 10-12 cm to the ceiling. In addition, there is a picture under the letter P in the instructions, which shows the number of visible holes depending on the height of the ceiling. According to my measurements, I should have had 5 holes, but the carpet on the floor and foam tiles on the ceiling, with all their small thickness, after a trial installation attempt, forced to reduce the number of visible holes to 4, i.e., in other words, to reduce the length protruding part of the spacer pipe. In the future, if necessary, the height of the entire structure can be adjusted with spacer screws. In the same way, we insert the spacer pipe with a threaded sleeve into the rack number 2 and the remaining one into the rack number 3 (or rather, into the one that has no number at all). Some problems may arise with the installation of this and other spacer pipes. The fact is that the holes in the main struts from the inside, apparently, are not processed at all and have burrs, protrusions or something like that, which, when pushed, will stop the spacer pipe, or rather the seal is a red cap at its end. Moreover, the pipe gets stuck so reliably that I could not push it past the holes, even putting all my rather big weight. Only hammering helped. Without a seal, the pipe, of course, would have passed easily, but, most likely, it would dangle inside the rack. Now we prepare the M8X60 bolts as follows - the bolt itself, washer “23” with a diameter of 8 mm, cap on the head of the bolt “15”, support washer “29”:
The support washer “29” (red) is an indicator of the tightening of the bolt - when tightening, there should be no gap between it and the pipe, it is not necessary to tighten it more. By the way, out of my own carelessness, at first I did not use them, and when tightening, I was guided by the support washers on the side of the steps of the Swedish wall. Then, when I realized my mistake, I had to unscrew the bolts and do it according to the technology. Therefore, some of the photographs show the bolts without these washers. Now we proceed to the assembly of the Swedish wall, while the mesh will be attached to it, so it will also be needed. Now it is necessary to decide on which side the net will be - to the right or to the left of the Swedish wall. Accordingly, on the same side, you need to place the rack number 1. We lay out the net on the floor next to racks # 1 and # 3 (rack # 2 is still waiting in the wings). We assemble the Swedish wall, putting on the loops from the net on the steps, so that the net goes around the rack number 1.
There are 8 steps in total, and 6 loops, so that the upper and lower steps remain unoccupied.
In the photo, the step, threaded through the lower mesh loops, will be installed later on the side, so do not pay attention to it for now. Now we will assemble the upper frame of the complex. Pass the elbows for the “24” horizontal bar through the large holes in the frame tubes. When doing this, make sure that the small holes in the middle of the frame tubes are on the same side as the horizontal bar. Depending on how to turn the knees, the horizontal bar can be located closer to or further from the complex. You can immediately fix the knees with bolts and one of the three remaining steps: Next, we put on a horizontal bar on the curved parts of the knees and fix it at the desired height using M8X35 bolts and an M8 cap nut (there are 4 holes on each knee to set the height). Now we need to think over the location of the sports equipment and, depending on this, put the coils “18” for them on the pipes of the upper frame: 2 for the rings, 2 for the rope ladder, 1 for the rope. Moreover, from the side of the net, only one shell can be placed closer to the horizontal bar. For example, I made rings next to the mesh, and on the opposite side, closer to the horizontal bar, a rope, and farther away - a ladder. The metal rope shackle must be installed on the rope reel immediately. Then it will be impossible to do it. But the rest of the shells are attached last:

Now place the remaining steps in place on the upper frame. Then we fasten the corners “21” to the upper frame (to the holes in the middle of the frame tubes) with M6 screws through a nut with a diameter of 6mm. We put plugs “16” on the ends of the frame pipes. Now we will prepare the supporting dimes, which will abut against the ceiling. On pyataks “19” we attach clamps “12” on one side and gaskets “26” on the other:
We got 4 such prepared dimes. We put two of them on barrels “22” through a 12mm washer. Moreover, not a word is said in the factory assembly manual that the barrels are actually different - one of them has a nut, and the other does not (it glistens over there): At first I thought that this was a factory defect, and already started looking for a suitable one (and found it), but upon further assembly it turned out that this was the case. Now we will attach the racks to the upper frame. We put the spacer pipes in the corners and fasten them with M8X45 bolts and M8 cap nuts. The fastening is designed with two bolts at each corner, so far we use only one - on the spacer pipes the second one from the top, at the corners - the one farthest from the ceiling (on the "upside down" frame it will be the top one):
Thus, we have obtained a hinge joint that will allow us to raise the uprights with the wall bars vertically and at the same time rotate the upper frame horizontally. What should be done now. Raising the racks a little, we install support dimes under them. Now we climb onto the stepladder and install the support pennies with clamps on the parts of the horizontal bar protruding upwards so that they rest against the ceiling. On the opposite side of the upper frame, where there is no mesh, we fasten the prepared barrel with a nut with a penny installed on top with an M8X60 bolt:
On the other hand, we put the barrel without the nut, pass the M8X75 bolt through it and the upper frame and, holding the barrel, fasten the remaining rack from below (the one with the number 2) with the threaded bushing. Then we put on the last penny on the keg: With an open-end wrench for 24, we begin to gradually unscrew the spacer bolts under each of the racks, thus expanding the complex between the floor and the ceiling, or, as they say in the official manual, “jacking up” it to the ceiling. The value of the exit of the threaded rod from the rack is more than 80-90 mm. I got it - about 70mm: At the same time, we control the necessary vertical and horizontal lines with a building level. At first, while we have not finished everything, we do not have to jack up too much, the main thing is that the complex stands and does not fall.

Now we fasten the bracket “6” with two holes between the posts of the complex from above, through the transition 32-42 “7”:

And the same bracket, but without holes, also through transition 32-42, we fasten from below, after passing through the mesh loops:

Now we fix the mesh at all attachment points by passing the ring screws through the holes in the rack and in the upper bracket and tightening a nut on them. The instructions say it is an “Erickson nut” and comes with an L-shaped hex wrench. But in fact, the key really was just that, but the nuts themselves turned out to be with a Phillips slot, so they had to tighten it with an L-shaped screwdriver (L-shaped because you cannot slip another between the rack and the wall).

Now that the mesh is fixed, we expand the racks until, when a load is applied to the complex (for example, when hanging on a horizontal bar), between the ceiling and none of the 4 upper dimes there will be no gap. This is a prerequisite for safety!Having achieved the desired result, we fix the spacer rods with a lock nut (top):

Now you can fix the hanging elements - the rope ladder and rings by passing the rope through the carabiners “5” and closing its ends with the nameplates “3”:

That's practically all. Why practically? Because I have one unused part left - the “25” limiter. The instructions indicate that it must be fixed at the end of the work, i.e. when the complex is already standing securely, between the spacer posts 1 and 2, i.e. over the mesh. So, it didn't work for me, tk. after that, the complex turned into a rigid structure, the slightest deviations of 1-2 mm, which are necessarily present, do not allow the bolts to enter the threaded holes of the limiter. Those. it is necessary to fasten it, apparently earlier, when the structure is not so rigid and the deviations that have appeared can be adjusted. Perhaps, later, I will slightly loosen the fasteners of the complex in order to still screw on this limiter, be it wrong!

But even without it, the complex is very good - the child likes it, however, due to his age, he basically only climbs the Swedish wall up and down. And an adult, for example, me, with my not the smallest weight (\u003e 90kg), can practice at least on the wall bars and horizontal bar. The main thing is to constantly monitor the reliability of all mounts of the sports complex.

Yes, be sure to buy mats. We took 4, for greater reliability, just enough to cover the complex from all sides, and even threw pillows and soft toys.

When it was decided to buy a DSK for the children's room, I chose for a long time, thought about it and stopped at one company, I just had to go to buy and then I came across a "Merry Fidget" on the Internet and their point of sale is located where they were going to go for the DSK the day before. We arrived, looked, all doubts disappeared. I liked model 11 very much, just for our small corner and besides, there are a lot of attachments in the kit - rope, gymnastic rings, rope net, rope ladder, wall bars, horizontal bar with a wide grip. You can not hang everything at once and change places as you want. And the complex could be assembled both to the right and to the left. The rope mesh bribed me completely. The model that we chose before the "Merry Fidget" is practically similar to this one only without a rope net, and at the cost of the same thing came out. In addition, you can choose a DSK with rubberized crossbars, for this option there is a small surcharge of 300 rubles. And plus a huge, warm for the legs and non-slip crossbars. It looks like an overlay, you can see it in photo 4. They have only one color - blue-yellow with red details. At home, I already realized that this is good - there is just a children's table with a chair in the same color scheme in the room, I was lucky. All attachments are attached to rings (photo 5), the length can be adjusted, with the help of braces (photo 6) - very conveniently, the rings were hung for the child's height. The rope is solid, cotton, only at the bottom I don't really like how it is tied up, I'm afraid it will unravel, I think it's better to strengthen it than that (photo 13). Synthetic rope mesh is beautiful and durable. It is stretched to the maximum, not with strings, but, as it were, built into a metal pipe. The only thing we came across with the bolts is confused places, where the short ones should be long ones and vice versa. But nothing was changed without problems, only I had to go. The rope ladder is also very beautiful - on a rope in the color of the complex, the wooden rungs are well processed, pleasant, not slippery. The ends of the ropes are hidden (photos 9 and 10). The bolts are also hidden under plastic caps (photos, though not everywhere - they are not hidden at the top, but you can't reach there, that is, you can't get scratched. The rings are made of a pleasant heavy material, I didn't understand - plastic with rubber to the touch, or is it like that They hang on the same rope as the ladder, everything looks harmonious. The horizontal bar is adjustable in height, the grip looks wide, in fact, it is convenient for an adult, a child needs to grow up to it. Handles are nice, grooved. The DSK has a spacer mechanism that is adjustable to the height of the ceiling (photo 14 and others). Leaves traces on the ceiling and on the floor, so you need to decide exactly where to install. If there are suspended ceilings, then DSK cannot be installed. For this complex, they took 2 mats - single and double folding in half - soft, also blue and yellow, removable covers, white foam inside. The smell from DSK is tiny, barely perceptible, in three days it disappeared. On the whole, I like it, but there are some minor flaws. At first, the rope mesh with the wrong bolts upset, it's good that this issue was resolved, otherwise I would have put 5 stars - I doubt it. I don't like these covers with ties on crawling mats, I have to strengthen them myself. Maybe, of course, they are all the same for other manufacturers - I can't compare. I do not like the backlash on the horizontal bar, apparently this cannot be avoided, tk. it is height adjustable. It is small, but I would like it not to exist at all. The crossbar above the rope net also dangles slightly, it seems it is designed for children's weight at all - under my 58kg it somehow suspiciously bends. Well, I also wanted the rope to be tied up more reliably at the bottom. And as a whole, I am very pleased with the complex. I advise you to put as far from the walls as the area allows - so that you can climb a rope ladder and tumble on the rings and do not hit this wall. The instruction is also not the best - the assembly diagram is finely drawn, so the beginner will not be able to assemble it quickly. DSK is on sale disassembled into large elements in two long cardboard boxes, everything is also packed separately inside. There is nothing to spare. Our price came out 10,000, I think it would not be possible to find cheaper in Moscow.
