The so-called troll factory decided to occupy more status-based offices and move to an office in the Lakhta-2 business center in St. Petersburg, on Optikov Street. In the old office, at 55 Savushkina Street, the employees of the "factory" have already vacated two floors, writes "Delovoy Peterburg".

An organization from St. Petersburg is called the "troll factory" whose employees are supposedly supposed to write comments in blogs in defense of the current government, criticize the opposition, and promote patriotic values. The American authorities accuse her of trying to influence the US presidential election.

Most of the units left the building on Savushkina Street in October, a source close to the management of the “factory” told RBC. Only the administrative part and the editorial staff of the Nevskie Novosti portal remained there, the rest were “absorbed” around the city, he added. In particular, part information resources, part of the so-called media factory, operates in the Lakhta business center on Optikov Street.

Also, some media "media factories", which are, as, connected with the "troll factory", are moving to a new location. Among them - " Federal agency news ”,“ Economy today ”and“ Free time ”. The first offices of these editions were located at 55 Savushkina Street, RBC magazine wrote. Later, an office was rented for a part of the media factory publications in the Ilyich business center on ul. Beloostrovskaya, 8. There, in particular, the publications FAN, "Politics Today", "Economics Today" and "People's News" worked.

Now on the sites of some resources, for example "Inf oreaktora," Polyexpert "," Newinform ", the new address of the editorial office is indicated: street Optikov, 4, bldg. 3. At this address is the Lakhta-2 business center, completed in summer 2016.

The business center at 55 Savushkina Street has not yet been completely empty, Delovoy Petersburg points out. "The top two floors of the four are still occupied by correspondents," the newspaper writes. In particular, "Nevskie Novosti" is working there. The security guard of the business center on Savushkina Street also told the newspaper that the first two floors of the building "have already been vacated" and are being leased. On the facade of the building, there is a sign “Building for rent”. According to the phone number indicated on it, the publication was told that the tenants would vacate the business center by February 1.

The new office of the "factory" will be "more status" and "larger in area", notes "Delovoy Petersburg". The office area on Savushkina Street was 4 thousand square meters. m. The area of the new business center is 12 thousand square meters. m., the publication specifies, but the area that will be occupied by the "troll factory" and "media factory" does not indicate.

According to the correspondent of the publication, who came to new office "Troll factories", the holding is still "rather closed", the administrator at the reception of the business center could not answer the question whether the office of the editorial office of "Inforeactor" and other editions of the "media factory" is being rented in the building. According to the administrator, most of the business center is leased by Novinfo LLC. The same legal entity is indicated as the founder of Infooreactor and Polyexpert. The sole owner of the company, according to SPARK, is Yuri Krasnov. According to SPARK, the businessman only manages this asset. The address of the website inforeactor.ru is indicated as the address of the company on the Internet in SPARK.

Delovoy Peterburg, citing data from Rosreestr, indicates that the Lakhta business center belongs to Dorstroytrest-M. According to Whois data, the business center site is registered with LLC DORSTROYTREST-M. According to the SPARK database, Dorstroytrest-M is registered in Moscow, on Burdenko Street. The description of the company card contains a link to the website of the Lakhta business center. The parent company of Dorstroytrest-M is the Cypriot offshore company Glarenville Enterprises Limited. This is also confirmed (* .pdf) by data from the extract of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

The contact phone number of Dorstroystrest-M, which is listed in ERYUGL, belongs to the Rus-Import-Komplekt company, which is also registered for this Cypriot offshore company. By this number, the newspaper was informed that both companies are a single structure.

The work of the "troll factory" and "media factory" was associated with the businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin. In 2016, he filed 15 lawsuits in connection with the refusal of Yandex and other search engines to remove search results from search results. Later it became known that this was due to the mention of his name in connection with the "troll factory". In August 2016, he joined Yandex. In November 2017, he stated that neither the Concorde company nor other structures of the businessman are associated with activities "aimed at interfering in the American elections." The statement follows speeches by representatives of Facebook, Twitter and Google in the US Senate as part of an investigation into "Russian interference" in the 2016 presidential election. Prigogine did not evaluate the work of the "troll factory", saying that "he has nothing to do with this structure."

"Troll Factory" - media and bloggers who specialize in publications in support of the current government and are considered controlled by the famous billionaire - are moving from the legendary address at 55 Savushkina Street to the "Lakhta-2" business center, "DP" found out. The owner of the building is the Dorstroytrest-M company, which previously acted as a donor election campaign.

The "Factory" is apparently expanding: the new business center is larger in size and of a higher class.

Where did the "trolls" move?

The so-called "troll factory", about 800 people who support the state around the clock for professional basis, settled in the office on Savushkina Street 3 years ago, in 2014. Prior to that, they lived in Olgino, therefore, the people received the nickname "Olginskie trolls", and after the move they became "trolls from Savushkin."

Now the brigade of patriotic workers, apparently, will need to be called "Lakhta trolls". After 3 years, the "factory" moved to the business center "Lakhta-2" with an area of 12 thousand m2 on the street. Opticians. This is the second stage of the Lakhta business center, completed in the summer of 2016, a class B + business center.

The "DP" correspondent visited the new habitat of the "trolls" and appreciated the new level of comfort in which they have to work. The business center is a five-minute walk from the Staraya Derevnya metro station. In the newly renovated lobby, visitors are greeted by a stern guard and a lady at the reception. There are shops and coffee shops in the building of the business center.

On the websites of some media outlets that used to work on Savushkin Street, a new editorial address has already appeared: st. Optics, 4, building 3. Among them - the portals "Infooreactor", "PolitExpert", "Newinform". They all received media testimony from Roskomnadzor in February 2017. The publishers were founded by Novinfo LLC. The only owner of the company, Yuri Krasnov, is most likely the face value. Earlier, according to SPARK, he was not involved in business. In the field of media, he is also unknown to anyone.

However, if readers or newsmakers decide to visit the editorial office, it will not be easy. The holding is still rather closed. The name "Inforeactor" and other similar publications do not tell the lady at the reception of the business center "Lakhta-2". For example, the DP correspondent, who introduced himself as a job seeker in Slovo and Delo (another similar publication), begged her for a long time to help with finding an editorial office. Imbued with the difficulties of the unemployed, the lady admitted that she had no idea what Word and Deed was, but since most of the building was rented by Novinfo, it was probably them. But to get to "Novinfo", you still need to get through to them, said the lady.

The house that I built

The new habitat of the "trolls", the Lakhta business center, belongs to the Dorstroytrest-M company (according to Rosreestr). The company is registered in the Cypriot offshore Glarenville Enterprises, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. The phone number of the company, indicated in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, belongs to the Moscow company Rus -import-kit ", also issued offshore. On this phone, the DP correspondent was told that both companies are a single structure, and, without specifying the details, they dictated the phone number of the Lakhta business center. They asked to send questions to the email address of the business administration. center, but there were no answers to them.

Dostroytrest-M was founded in 2002 by Eduard Peshkov. At the same time, he founded the "Rus-Import-Kit" together with the Moscow entrepreneur Oleg Toni (according to SPARK). The latter was engaged in the restoration of the buildings of the Russian Orthodox Church in Vishnyakovsky Lane and Novokuznetskaya Street in Moscow. Tony is also a member of the collegiate executive body JSC "" and a member of the board of directors of JSC "RZD-Stroy" (the structure of RZD that distributes state orders).

Interestingly, according to the Central Election Commission, in 2004 Dorstroytrest-M was one of the six donors of Vladimir Putin's election campaign. Apparently, the company does not have any other assets in St. Petersburg, except for the business center Lakhta and its second stage Lakhta-2.

Until now, the business center "Lakhta" was known only for the litigation with the multifunctional complex "Lakhta Center", which is building a high-rise business center of the same name for "Gazprom" in Lakhta. Lakhta Center filed a lawsuit demanding to stop protecting the Lakhta brand owned by Dorstroytrest-M. As a result, the parties signed an amicable agreement. "Dorstroytrest-M" agreed to transfer "Lakhta Center" legal protection per brand.

Who are "trolls"

In July 2016, Yevgeny Prigozhin filed a lawsuit against Yandex, demanding that the Law on Oblivion be applied to 22 links to articles about his business. Most of them talked about a "troll factory" - a group of bloggers and media who, allegedly funded by Prigozhin, specialize in pro-government publications and posts on the Internet and social networks. Their main goal is to achieve maximum traffic on such publications.

The media holding, presumably created with the money of Yevgeny Prigozhin, includes 16 information online resources, of which nine are registered as mass media. And if in December 2015 the audience of these sites barely exceeded 5.5 million users, then by mid-February 2017 it reached 33 million users, RBC magazine calculated in its investigation of the "media factory", probably formed on the basis of the "troll factory" ...

High traffic to these resources is achieved mainly through cross-referencing and other similar methods. The costs of maintaining the "trolls", according to RBC's estimates, cost up to 264 million rubles a year. At the same time, it is obvious that the main source of income for the "factory" is subsidies. Advertising on portals is practically not sold. There is no paid subscription to them.

The bloggers initially worked through legal entities such as Glavset, the Internet Research Agency, Teka and others. Legal entities are traditionally registered either for top managers of publications, for example, editors-in-chief or their relatives, or even for nominal owners not associated with this business.

But about a third of the visits came from the Federal News Agency (FAN), established in 2014, and registered as a media outlet. The founder of the publication was FAN LLC. The portals "Economics Today", "FAP" (stopped working) and "Free Time" were also registered on it. At first, the offices of these portals were located on Savushkina Street. But in 2015, they moved to the Ilyich business center on Beloostrovskaya Street, probably to detach themselves from the work of bloggers and position themselves as independent publications.

The "Troll Factory", together with the RT channel, was also mentioned in the report of the US intelligence services on Russia's interference in the election of the American president.

Deserted house

The business center at 55 Savushkina Street is not completely empty yet. The top two of the building's four floors are still occupied by correspondents. Nevskie Novosti works there - one of the few media outlets of the holding that write about local, St. Petersburg news. The rest of the resources publish mainly rewrites of federal news. For example, Politics Today, PolitExpert, Word and Deed, Politpazl and Zhurnalisticheskaya Pravda cover geopolitical conflicts, the confrontation between Russia and the West, while the Kharkiv News Agency and KyivSMI sites cover events in Ukraine. Economics Today is positioned in the holding as a business publication.

But the inhabitants of the "factory" seem to be tired of the attention. There are almost excursions to their building, the so-called "troll den". It was visited by journalists from all over Russia, Europe and the USA. Apparently, this was one of the reasons why the tenants decided to change their habitat.

"They are no longer here, they are moving out," the DP correspondent, photographing the facade of the building, wearily told the driver of someone's working car, smoking in the street. The security guard at the reception of the BC on Savushkina Street also told the DP correspondent that the first two floors of the building had already been vacated and rented out, while the other two were still occupied.

The fact that the first floors are empty can be seen from the street: only bare walls remain in the premises, and the furniture has already been removed. Moving began on the upper floors too. You can see the empty shelves.

In addition, on the facade of the business center there is a huge advertisement "Building for rent" with a telephone. According to him, the "DP" correspondent was informed that the current tenants will vacate the business center until February 1.

The interlocutor also said that she is the representative of the owner of the building, and he is considering only the long-term commissioning of the BC in full. The rental price, she said, will be only 2.5 million rubles per month. The price is based on the leasable area of 2.5 thousand m2, and not the total area - 4 thousand m2.

The building on Savushkin Street belongs to Anton Vasilevsky and Marina Grek, according to Rosreestr. Vasilevsky was a co-founder of the cooperative liquidated this year with the mysterious name "Consumer Union of Collective Use of Investment Projects" Chernaya Rechka ". A woman answered the phone of the cooperative and refused to introduce herself. - she said Initially, it was the cooperative, not Vasilevsky, who owned the building.

Anton Vasilevsky - 83-year-old former head of the department of scientific and technical support for the operation of the Complex of protective structures (KZS) in St. Petersburg against floods. He began his career in the 1980s in the Kola energy system, having risen from an engineer on duty to the head of the Borisoglebsk hydroelectric power station. Then he worked in the hydrotechnical service "Lenenergo", after scientific research at the Research Institute named after Vedeneeva. Participated in the development federal law "On the safety of hydraulic structures", regulatory and legal documents the government of the Russian Federation and RAO "UES of Russia".
