  • Configure automatic adding of links with social networks or hubs with a link to a new page. This will attract the bot, he will follow the link and crawl the page. There should be many such links.
  • Close pagination pages from indexing that lead to old pages. Leave open pagination, which leads to new pages added within 4-5 days.

However, "advanced" users will still be able to pull content from the source code of the page.

There are scripts that, when copying content from your site, can invisibly place a link to your site in the code of a competitor's page. And so that the person who stole the content from you does not notice anything, you need to think about just one moment - to shift the link so that it is not visible to the editor.

Important! This method should be used with extreme caution and should only be used when your content is actually being stolen, as Google can impose sanctions on hidden text and links.

6) Branding images

Add company colors, company logo or website link to your photos and images. This will not only protect images from copying, but also increase the awareness of your brand / resource.

Of course, you can remove or crop a logo, a watermark using special programs, but not everyone will spend time and effort on this.

In my opinion, search engines do pay a lot of attention to the uniqueness of content, and it is undoubtedly one of the most important factors. However, uniqueness alone is not enough to bring the page closer to the TOP of search results.

  • The uniqueness of the text will work in conjunction with the relevance, usefulness, relevance, quality of writing and optimization for key queries. You also need to make sure that the reading of these articles is convenient for the user. Then the traffic will not be long in coming.
  • Unique content on the site is, first of all, the trust of the search engines and the confidence that no filters will be imposed.
  • If the content is non-unique, but provides more value to the user than the original source, such content is likely to receive a higher proportion of traffic than the original source.
