The principle of operation of two-way satellite Internet

FROM home computer the user sends a request to the Internet, which is sent to the satellite using the VSAT via the request channel. The satellite relays the request to the provider's server, from where it is sent to the Internet. The response from the network follows the opposite path - first it comes to the provider's servers, from there it is transmitted to the satellite and through inbound channel received from the satellite by the user. Since the channels work simultaneously, hence the name of this type of access - "two-way", "symmetric", "synchronous", "duplex".

Equipment installation

Rainbow-Internet allocates a separate band from the general satellite resource, which is divided among all subscribers simultaneously working at this tariff.
The speed available to each individual subscriber (within this allocated bandwidth) dynamically changes depending on its total load by all subscribers - it can decrease as the bandwidth is filled with active subscribers and increase as the bandwidth becomes free.
In conditions of heavy traffic, the subscriber can control his speed by switching priorities within the band.
As the number of concurrent users working on the current priority decreases, the speed automatically increases, and this increase in speed does not require any additional actions from the working subscribers or additional payment.
Those. in conditions of low workload, each of the working subscribers receives the maximum possible speed regardless of the priority they have chosen - that is, even at the lowest priority level.
The change in the speed currently available at each priority is dynamically displayed in the interface of the Rainbow-Click program. A subscriber only needs one click on the selected priority in order to get a higher speed or vice versa, to reduce his traffic costs.
The subscriber can switch from the “Interactive” tariff to the “Counting” tariff and unlimited tariffs: Opera Mini, Unlimited and Unlimited 2.0. (in case they were connected earlier).

The tariff is connected by default when you create an account in "Rainbow-Internet".
The subscriber's subscription is transferred to this tariff automatically when the balance on the Personal account reaches zero.
At his own discretion, the subscriber can switch to the "Spare" tariff from any existing tariff. Switching between the "Spare" tariff and other tariffs is possible both in the Personal Account and using the "Rainbow-Click" application.
