Having prepared a set of documents for the insurance company for the reimbursement of funds, I also wrote to the General Director of LLC "TURBYURO" Nikitina A.V. Application for a refund of funds, namely the agency fee in connection with the failure to provide services under the contract in the amount of 13,586.35 rubles. Then, for more than 3 weeks, I could not receive an answer to my Application, and I myself phoned the legal department of "1001 tour" Ksenia (add. Tel. 230/231). Ksenia made me understand that she would continue the dialogue with me on the subject of the return of the agency fee after the money from the insurance company was transferred to me. The insurance companies transferred funds to me in the amount of 100%, namely 132,713.65 rubles. Then I continued to conduct a dialogue about the return of the agency fee (which the travel agency received from the tour I bought, but did not take place) in connection with the failure to provide services under the contract in the amount of 13 586.35 rubles. And at this stage, both the legal department and the sales department, in which I purchased the tour, began to completely ignore me (initially, the manager Stanislav Morozov helped in the selection of the hotel. And I designed the tour and offered a tour operator - Pavlova Irina, and paid her 100% in cash). My refund request remains valid! I ask the company's management to pay special attention to my letter and resolve the issue with a refund. I have saved all the correspondence. I note that when I found out about the bankruptcy of the tour operator, we did not change our minds to go on a trip and were ready to purchase a new tour package at 1001TUR, and I made a request by sending email to the Altufyevo office. But no one answered me, and I had to buy a tour from another agency in Intourist to the same hotel and on the same dates. But after I felt reluctance to cooperate with me after I bought the tour from the bankrupt, I did not regret at all that I did not buy the tour again from the managers of the Altufyevo 1001TUR office !!! Now I again choose travel with my family for September 2018, and my attitude to the 1001TUR can only be changed by the refund of the money that was withheld from the failed tour BUT and I will never go to Altufyevo's office again !!!
