Inside, you must enclose a complete set and attach a claim, in which you indicate the reason for the return and possible options (refund or replacement for another product). Refunds are made within 10 days from the date of receipt of the parcel, the cost of delivery is paid by the buyer. Cash on delivery parcels are not redeemed.

Oh, this is a hard task - to find a decent packaging for sending the hat by Russian Post!
Until now, I did it in a simple mail box, without frills and worried that the package looked unpresentable.
It should be noted that hats were still shipped simple, without unnecessary decor and fintiflyushki.
And then another shipment of a luxurious flower! Wouldn't wrinkle! I had to come up with non-standard packaging.
First of all, I found a suitable box 30 x 30 x 30 and a sheet of corrugated cardboard.
Now everything is in order:
I cut a strip of 120 x 30 cm from the sheet (120x80) (30 cm is the required dimensions of the box along D-V-W) and drew it into fragments 30 x 30 cm + remnants at the edges of 15 cm. In the central square I drew circles with columns that neatly cut out.
To securely attach the cap, I chose a plumbing insulation of the largest diameter (building materials to help us):
Now you can start packing the fragile cargo itself.
The box is ready and assembled (I took a 4-valve one, the walls in it are not fixed, so I had to arm myself with tape and close up the lid joint). Paper is used in silence. I stack a couple of magically crunchy sheets on two opposite sides. The strip with the holder for the hat must also be wrapped in paper. And a piece of insulation, sandwiched by two round pieces, was not without paper.
It's the turn of the hat. We put it on a firmly standing soft round and fasten it with pins on both sides.
Now the strip with the cap must be carefully inserted into the box (I slightly nipped the folds, everything bends easily and in the right place).
Remember, when marking, I have 15 cm left on each edge? Here they will help fix the entire structure inside the box and prevent it from moving! We bend the remnants, notching along the folds.
It remains only to cover the hat with paper and give it to the kind and caring hands of the postman. She will complete what she started.
Hooray! The parcel went to the customer!
Since I made such a design for the first time, I am worried, I am waiting for the results of the road test. Moreover, I'm not worried about the packaging itself, but about the quality of the cardboard box. What if it gets wet?
I was stingy with words, but the photos reflect the sequence of the whole process. I was assembling already at the post office, running from the warehouse, where I got hold of everything I needed. Without a doubt, at home I would have done everything much more neatly and would have played with the color of the paper and would have photographed more interesting, but I had to hurry - the debt demanded!
Despite the clumsy presentation, I hope I was able to convey the essence of the idea.
