Plus, every Rosneft representative receives a pleasant bonus at the end of the year - 140% of the cash allowance for last year... According to Forbes, Sechin rightfully belongs to the status of the highest paid manager. After that, the head of Rosneft filed a lawsuit in court, allegedly his income should not concern the media. Rosneft is not considered a state-owned company that emerged on the basis of federal laws, so Sechin owes nothing to anyone.

Sechin is an honest top manager

The last time the whole world heard about Sechin. His name was associated with the Ulyukaev scandal. We are talking about extorting a large bribe from Sechin - $ 2 million.

While the proceedings were going on, the media did not stop digging under the chairman of Rosneft. No one is haunted by his huge salary. In 2018, she surpassed even the earnings of the director of the world's largest oil refinery company in China, PetroChina. Capitalization according to official data reached $ 307.21 billion. Monetary allowance the Chinese head of the enterprise in China remains modest - at around $ 118,000.

Average salary in Russia in 2018

The latter is determined by the cost of a food basket and essential goods that are able to meet the minimum needs of a Russian.

In 2018, the minimum wage and the cost of living were equalized in values. Private employers have the right to set salaries for employees at their discretion, which cannot be said about state employees. For the latter, earnings are fixed, often for good work civil servants receive bonuses and allowances. Also, the minimum wage is indexed annually based on the inflation rate.

It is correct to consider salaries by industry in which employees are employed. Rosstat has determined the following indicators of the average earnings of Russians for 2018:

  1. Those who are involved in the extractive industry receive an income of 71,000 rubles every month.
  2. Fuel energy workers can boast a salary of 81,000 rubles.
  3. According to the Statistics Committee, Russians extract minerals for an average salary of 51,000 rubles.
  4. The transport sector employs workers who receive 43,000 rubles.
  5. Civil servants have 40,000 rubles. We are talking about top managers and heads of departments. Other subordinates do not receive much, especially in the provinces. The closer the region is to the capital, the higher the salary.

Who gets the least

The list of those who are forced to survive on a meager salary looks like this:

  1. Doctors and teachers receive a maximum of 15,000 rubles, and then only if they have a lot of experience. For example, a nurse is entitled to only 10,000 rubles a month.
  2. Despite the fact that workers in the manufacturing industry perform important work, craftsmen and technologists live on 16,000 rubles a month. Those who work in the pulp and paper industry receive 32,000 rubles.
  3. In the food industry, wages average 29,000 rubles.
  4. The production of furniture and joinery allows an employee to claim a salary in the amount of 22,000 rubles.
  5. Those employed in the production of clothing and footwear receive 21,000 rubles.

The board of directors of Rosneft has extended the term of office of the president of the Russian state company Igor Sechin for five years. For the first time, the company announced how much Sechin will earn as president.

According to the state company, the size official salary for the president of Rosneft is set by the board of directors from 15 to 20 million rubles (290-390 thousand dollars).

Based on these figures, Sechin's salary per year, excluding bonuses and additional payments, could be up to 240 million rubles ($ 4.7 million).

The size of the President's annual bonus is set as a percentage of the annual monetary award and is 150%. Thus, taking into account the premium of 360 million rubles, Igor Sechin can receive up to 600 million rubles a year ($ 11.8 million).

For other top managers of Rosneft, the salary is set on the basis of the official salary of the president of Rosneft: for the first vice president - from 30 to 50%, for vice presidents - from 20 to 40%, for other top managers - from 10 to 35%. The size of the annual bonus for these top managers is set as a percentage of the annual cash remuneration and is 140%.

Rosneft, which in the past refused to disclose information about Sechin's income and property, is reporting for the first time the salary of the head of the company.

The state company previously referred to the fact that Rosneft is not "a state company created on the basis of federal law, which means it is not obliged to report on the income of its managers.

Effective manager

December 2014 at the annual press conference russian President Vladimir Putin said that he did not know the salary of the head of Rosneft, whom he called "a fairly effective manager."

“I don’t know Sechin’s salary. To be honest, I don’t even count my own salary,” Putin said then.

The question of Sechin's salary as head of Rosneft even became the subject of a lawsuit last year against Forbes magazine, which called the head of the state company the most highly paid top manager in Russia.

In the Forbes ranking of the highest paid executives russian companies from 2013, the magazine named Sechin the most expensive manager, estimating his remuneration at $ 50 million. Sechin filed a lawsuit against Forbes, proving in the first instance that the indicated amount was unreliable, and the publication damaged the business reputation.

Due to the court decision, Forbes was forced to make adjustments to the annual publication of the ranking of the highest paid Russian top managers in 2014.

Forbes included the president of Rosneft in the list as an “out of rating” participant. At the same time, the authors of the rating placed Sechin right after Andrey Kostin, Chairman of the Board of VTB, who took first place.

Five more years

Sechin's term expired in May 2015.

At the end of April, the head of the Federal Property Management Agency Olga Dergunova announced that a directive had been submitted to the government to extend Sechin's powers as head of the state-owned company.

Sechin took over as head of Rosneft in May 2012, shortly after Vladimir Putin took over as president for the third time.

Prior to that, Sechin was in charge of the Russian fuel and energy complex in the government as deputy prime minister and was the chairman of the board of directors of Rosneft.

Review of average salaries in the top 10 expensive companies Of Russia

Realnoe Vremya found out how the average salaries in the 10 most expensive Russian companies have changed over the past five years. It turned out that in some of them they grew more slowly than in the whole economy - however, not in all. In absolute terms, Sberbank and Tatneft had relatively modest indicators, while the salary at Rosneft is almost 19 times higher than the national average.

Tatneft: plus 100% per year

From 2012 to 2017, inclusive, the average salary in Russia increased by about one and a half times - from 26.6 to 39.14 thousand rubles. Average salaries in large corporations were and remain much higher, often by an order of magnitude. Nevertheless, they grew at a comparable rate, and in some cases even slower.

Among the 10 most valuable Russian companies, the most modest growth was in Surgutneftegaz, and the largest - in Tatneft. In PJSC "Surgutneftegas" the average salary for 5 years increased by only 26.95%, in PJSC "Tatneft" - by 5.2 times.

The largest public company in Russia is Sberbank; as of December 29, 2017, its market value reached 4.86 trillion rubles (excluding preferred shares). At the same time, the average salary in Sberbank is not growing as fast as in the whole country: in 2012-2017 it increased by 41.7%.

Salaries grew even more slowly in Novatek - by 33.1%, in Norilsk Nickel the growth was 48.5%. At the same time, in other top companies, average salaries grew at a faster rate. So, in Rosneft from 2012 to 2017 they increased by 57.9%, in Lukoil - by 60.8%, in Gazprom Neft - by 51.2%. PJSC Gazprom and steelmakers from PJSC NLMK also did not lag behind - growth by 58.7% and 81.6%, respectively.

Unattainable Rosneft

The level of wages differs greatly by industry - as a rule, it is skewed in favor of oil and gas producers. According to Rosstat data, the average salary in this industry last year was almost twice as high as in the economy as a whole: it amounted to 74.5 thousand rubles.

This is quite clearly seen in the example of individual companies. In 2017, employees of PJSC Rosneft were paid a total of 36.7 billion rubles. On average, each of them accounted for 730.9 thousand rubles a month. This is 18.7 times more than the average salary in the economy.

Lukoil's annual wage fund exceeded 12.4 billion rubles. Thus, in terms of each of the 2.15 thousand employees of the company there were 480.8 thousand rubles a month.

Against the background of Rosneft and Lukoil, average salaries at PJSC Gazprom do not look so impressive - at the end of 2017 they amounted to 152.1 thousand rubles. Which, however, is almost 4 times higher than the average for Russia.

Sberbank was more restrained in wages: the average salary was 82.2 thousand rubles. And the most modest salaries among the top 10 companies in 2017 were at Tatneft - an average of 61.8 thousand rubles.

Interestingly, talk about replacing human labor with machine labor is still talk. In any case, with the development of technology, the number of workers in large companiesdoesn't seem to shrink. Moreover, the total headcount of the 10 most expensive companies has grown by 16.5 thousand people in five years and reached 458.96 thousand.

For example, since 2012 Sberbank has increased the number of employees by 7%, Gazprom - by 15.4%, Rosneft - by 87.3%. There were almost no changes in TATNEFT, in Norilsk Nickel and Surgutneftegaz the personnel decreased by 6.5 and 0.7%, respectively.

Top managers receive the largest income. In 2017, 11 members of the Management Board shared 3.9 billion rubles. The earnings of office workers and workers roughly correspond to the average level of salaries in a particular region. Shift workers receive about 70 thousand / month.

Rosneft is the largest oil company in Russia. The structure of the enterprise includes dozens of branches throughout the country, and the total number of employees exceeds 300 thousand people. Let us consider in more detail what salaries ordinary employees and managers receive in Rosneft.

Earnings management

Top managers of the company receive the highest income. They include 11 board members, including the chairman and chief executive director Igor Sechin. Information on the income of each top manager separately is not published, but in the annual reports you can find data on the total payments.

In 2017, 11 members of the Rosneft Management Board divided 3 billion 895 million rubles among themselves. If we distribute this amount in equal proportions among all top managers, each of them will have about 354 million rubles. in year. In practice, the earnings of board members correspond to their positions. It is known that the first vice president receives from 30 to 50% of the president's salary, while for the rest of the executives this figure is from 10 to 40%.

Curious fact : a significant part of the earnings of managers is not salaries, but additional allowances and bonuses. According to the 2017 report, the total salary of top managers amounted to 643 million rubles. The remaining 3.25 billion came from various bonuses.

There is no information on the income of its president, Igor Sechin, in Rosneft's reports. Brief information about the earnings of the head of the oil company was published only once, in 2015. Then the press service of the company reported that Sechin's monthly salary is from 15 to 20 million per month, or up to 240 million per year. If we add to this amount a premium of 150%, then the total income of the president of the company will be about 600 million rubles. in year.

How much are Rosneft employees paid in 2018

The salaries of ordinary employees of the enterprise are in sharp contrast to the incomes of top managers. If we analyze Rosneft's public vacancies, it turns out that the income of specialists and ordinary employees may be even lower than the average figures for the region. However, the level of salary largely depends on the position and place of residence of the applicant. Let us give specific examples salaries that are received in other regions.

Some major positions were not included in the table, as the company hides salary data in its vacancies. At the same time, employees different professions complain about constant overwork and an insufficiently thought out system of penalties.
