3) We take out small and medium-sized toys from bags with toys and hang them on the stand with "Prizes" (at the bottom of the stand). We take out a container with pins from the box with accessories. Weigh 5 small toys for 3 pins. Then on 3 pins we weigh 5 medium toys. You should get 6 heaps of stuffed toys. Then we weigh these piles on the Prizes stand in the place where it says “for toys”.
We take the bears out of the bags and hang them on the marked places.

4) Fill the "Burst the ball" stand with balls. The size of the ball is medium, only for fixation in the cell.
5) We take out a tape measure and chalk from the box with accessories, note the distance:

8) From the box with accessories we take out the cover for the balls, tie it as in the photo below, fill it with balls.

Each operator has his own bag of toys (which are in the trailer) and his own container with consolation prizes. The number of the bag corresponds to the number of the container. (What is the operator's number and the attraction is reported by the manager on the way to the city)
The laborious steps to set up the Arcade trailer are performed by men, the girls help them with easier tasks.
Installation of the attraction "Arcade"
The car parks the trailer to the place where the attraction will stand. The task of the operators is to place blocks under the wheels so that the trailer cannot move forward or backward (the blocks are in the car).
We start to open the trailer from the side of the drawbar of the trailer. Unscrew the fixing bolts 
at the top (bolt 1,2 in the figure), unfasten the rivets at the bottom (in the fig. rivet 1,2). The locations of the bolts and rivets are shown in the drawing.
When the bolts are unscrewed and the rivets are removed, lift the sash from the bottom up.
After we have lifted the sash up, we hold it with one hand, and with the other hand we open the sash, on which "super prize" is written, towards ourselves, we will see the inside of the trailer. After we have opened the "Super Prize" sash, we put the top sash on it. We fix them together with clamps (the clamps are in the car).
After we have opened the trailer, it is necessary to put it with a drawbar on a jack that lies at the exit.
We do Step 2, Step 3, Step 4. with a flap on the opposite side of the trailer.

6. After the attraction "Fishing" is installed, install the attraction "Knock the Banks"
7. We lower the podium for beating the cans into a horizontal position. Hook

8. From the drawer "Banks" in the trailer, we take out the catcher for the cans and hang it under the podium. The catcher has 5 eyes. We hook 2 eyes on the studs on the podium. We hook 3 eyes on the shield. See example below.
9. From the drawer "Banks" in the trailer we take out 6 cans and 3 angry birds birds.
Banks are placed on the podium in the order 3 - 2 - 1. We put the birds nearby.
10. From the drawer "Containers" we take out a container with consolation prizes. And we put it on the trailer rack.

5. After the "Burst the ball" is prepared, we establish the field of miracles.

The participant catches 10 ducks from the pool with a fishing rod. If among the ten fish caught there is at least one marked fish (the fish is marked on the other side), then the player receives one average prize, if there is no such fish, he receives a small prize. Note: no matter how many marked fish one player gets, in any case he gets only one average prize! One player - one prize!

Reconstruction of a car for a shooting range
Time was running out, it was the end of April on the street, and according to our plan, we did not have time to launch the shooting range, we wanted to celebrate May 9. With difficulty, the non-working car was towed to the base, where they began to shamanize it.

We also had to work hard
Next, we began to tighten the drilling. First, they wound a rope on the roof of the structure so that the drilling would not sag, and began to pull and fix it with metal screws to the structure itself using a screwdriver.

Immediately I saw the flaws in our business
Our rifles were not fixed in any way, and therefore we bought the usual thinnest cable, a retainer and a carbine in a hardware store, with which we fixed the rifles to the table top without any problems. To be honest, my head was spinning, I learned so much new things, there were many passers-by who stopped to get worn out and give their recommendations regarding our shooting range.
It's time to hire your first worker
After working for a couple of days, I realized that I needed to free up my time and improve the shooting range, so I posted an ad on Avito's website that a young, energetic worker was needed to work in the summer shooting range. There were not many applicants, however, we still managed to find a suitable candidate for the job. After giving a little instruction and bringing him up to date, he replaced me and began to work.

Creation of a prize attraction "Pop the ball"
However, one single shooting gallery did not bring so much money, and we decided to put a prize attraction “Pop the ball” next to it.
My partner found a picture on the Internet, according to which we began to make a simple design of the attraction ourselves. This required ordinary boards 2 mm thick and 150 mm wide. We calculated how many boards we would need and bought them from a hardware store. Further, in the garage, we cut the required number of jumpers and began to assemble the attraction with nails, a hammer, screws and a screwdriver.
The attraction "Burst the ball" is interesting not only for children, but also for adults.
After a little conjuring, our attraction was ready, and we took it to our point. Along the way, we bought darts, balls and prizes: champagne and teddy musical bears. And then the traditional festival was approaching, there were already 2 points, but we did not stop and decided to start selling street balloons in parallel, since I had bought foil and latex balloons for this business on the SPB website. It was only necessary to find a balloon with helium.
Where the cylinders are filled with helium, it could be rented, but this pleasure cost 15,000 rubles, and there was no guarantee that we would do this. So my partner, who had different connections, found someone with a balloon. He took it just to use it, we just needed to fill it with helium. I don't remember exactly how much it cost, I think about 5,000 rubles.

In general, our mummer lost all the money, I finished my ice cream, and it's time for a tough check! We appeared unexpectedly, there was a fright in the guy's eyes, I took all the money and started counting, and something was missing ... Then I began to check the numbers on the photos and banknotes that I took from the employee.
Everything was exactly as we expected. The guy stole only 100 rubles, but it was a test for lice. I will not tell you in detail under what pressure we found it out!
In general, in shame we kicked him out, and in his place we took a Kyrgyz, who, meanwhile, was selling balloons. He saw everything that was happening, and he was scared to steal money in order to lose his job. I was not mistaken in the guy, he worked with us for several years, until he was taken into the army.
An unpleasant incident with employees at the attraction
It is impossible to control the receipt of cash in this case, and everything is based on chance, as in the next scam, which was turned by my employees who worked on the attraction on the square.

Fortunately, their companion was a girl, my neighbor, whom I knew very well. I approached and found out that they paid 1000 rubles. and immediately bought 2 of my prizes without playing. Well, of course, I gave my workers luli ...

I managed to organize this business at the age of 25. Many of my acquaintances came up and expressed their opinions on my shooting gallery. Most of them liked the idea. Sometimes my friends and I stood in the square next to the rides and watched people queue up to play. Friends happily counted my money, and maybe with envy, I don't know for sure.

If it was necessary, he showed the certificate of registration of the entrepreneur, if this was not enough, then he simply wrote down where to go the next day, to which office and to whom in order to bring the missing documents that we did not have. But it didn’t come to that, everything was decided over the phone with the help of connections.
After a few years, people lost interest in our entertainment
In general, the idea turned out to be quite successful, the invested money was repulsed very quickly, because the entertainment in town was brand new. At first, there were a lot of people who wanted to shoot and throw darts, many played 5-6 times to win a toy for a girl, but, as a rule, the prize remained with us.Over time, after a few years, people lost interest in our entertainment, and the business began to bring less and less money.
