We offer a list of OKVED with a decryption for easy search of reliable and relevant information.

How to find the right area

On the page, in the form of links, the types of activities according to OKVED with decoding are presented. Select the area corresponding to the area you are looking for. The list is organized in a hierarchical structure. It was formed in accordance with the structure of OKVED numbers, therefore it will easily orient and direct you when searching to the required list of the most in a convenient way... By clicking on the appropriate link in the first list, you will be taken to the next page, where a clarifying list will be presented, allowing you to narrow your search. Thus, you can easily and quickly find the entire list of organizations registered with the specified OKVED.

Also, on the results page, you can display organizations for which the required code is specified as the main one, or those companies that simply included it in the list of codes, but as an additional one.

How the OKVED code is formed

To make it easier to navigate the list and understand in which section of the above to look for certain types of activity according to OKVED, you need to understand how this numerical code is formed.

OKVED code is a numerical identifier that has a hierarchical structure. In order from left to right, the numbers indicate groups and subgroups from the most generalized formulation to the most specific.

The first two numbers indicate the class, then comes the number indicating the subclass, the fourth position indicates the group, the fifth - the subgroups and the sixth - the types of activities. When registering a company, it is necessary to indicate only the first four numbers, therefore the site provides just such a level of specification.

So you can find information about companies in any business area without even knowing their names easily and quickly.

This section includes:

Physical and / or chemical treatment of materials, substances or components with the aim of converting them into new products, although this cannot be used as a single universal criterion for determining production (see below "waste treatment")

Materials, substances or converted components are raw materials, i.e. products agriculture, forestry, fishing, rocks and minerals and products of other manufacturing industries. Significant periodic changes, upgrades, or transformations of products are considered to be manufacturing.

Manufactured products can be ready for consumption or can be semi-finished for further processing. For example, an aluminum purification product is used as a raw material for the primary production of aluminum products, such as aluminum wire, which in turn will be used in the required structures; production of machinery and equipment for which these spare parts and accessories are intended. The production of non-specialized components and parts of machinery and equipment, such as engines, pistons, electric motors, valves, gears, bearings, is classified under the appropriate grouping of Section C Manufacturing, regardless of which machinery and equipment may include these items. However, the production of specialized components and accessories through casting / molding or stamping plastic materials includes grouping 22.2. The assembly of component parts and parts is also classified as production. This section includes the assembly of integral structures from constituent components, produced independently or purchased. Waste processing, i.e. Waste processing for the production of secondary raw materials was included in group 38.3 (activities for the processing of secondary raw materials). While physical and chemical processing can occur, this is not considered part of the manufacturing process. The primary purpose of these activities is the main processing or recycling of waste, which is classified in section E (water supply; sewerage, waste collection and disposal, pollution control activities). However, the production of new finished products (as opposed to products made from recycled materials) refers to the entire production as a whole, even if waste is used in these processes. For example, the production of silver from scrap film is considered a manufacturing process. Special maintenance and repair of industrial, commercial and similar machinery and equipment in general are listed in Chapter 33 (repair and installation of machinery and equipment). However, the repair of computers, household devices is listed in grouping 95 (repair of computers, personal items and household items), at the same time, car repairs are described in grouping 45 (wholesale and retail and repair vehicles and motorcycles). Installation of machinery and equipment as a highly specialized activity is classified in class 33.20

NOTE The boundaries of manufacturing with other sections of this classifier may not have a clear unambiguous specification. Typically, manufacturing involves recycling materials to make new products. These are usually brand new products. However, defining what constitutes a new product can be somewhat subjective.

Recycling implies the following activities involved in production and defined in this classifier:

Processing of fresh fish (removal of oysters from shells, filleting of fish) not carried out on board a fishing vessel, see 10.20;

Milk pasteurization and bottling, see 10.51;

Leather dressing, see 15.11;

Sawmilling and planing of wood; wood impregnation, see 16.10

Printing and related activities, see 18.1;

Retreading tires, see 22.11;

Manufacture of ready-to-use concrete mixtures, see 23.63;

Electroplating, metallization and heat treatment of metal, see 25.61

Mechanical equipment for repairs or bulkheads (e.g. car engines), see 29.10

There are also activities included in the processing process, which are reflected in other sections of the classifier, i.e. they are not classified as manufacturing.

They include:

Logging classified in section A (AGRICULTURE, FORESTRY, HUNTING, FISHERIES AND FISHERIES);

Modification of agricultural products classified in section A;

Preparation of food for immediate consumption on premises, classified in division 56 (activities of establishments catering and bars);

Beneficiation of ores and other minerals classified in section B (MINING OF MINERALS);

Construction and assembly work performed on construction sitesclassified in section F (CONSTRUCTION);

Activities of breaking up large batches of goods into smaller groups and the secondary marketing of smaller batches, including packaging, repackaging or bottling products such as alcoholic beverages or chemicals;

Sorting solid waste;

Mixing paints according to the customer's order;

Metal cutting by customer order;

Explanations for various goodsclassified in section G (WHOLESALE AND RETAIL TRADE; REPAIR OF MOTOR VEHICLES AND MOTORCYCLES)

The construction industry is quite large, therefore, companies offering the entire range of services at once are rare. The conclusion follows from this: OKVED 45.21 is almost never chosen as the code of the main activity.

Companies prefer other codes that reflect in more detail the specifics of the work performed.

Detailed decoding of code 45.21

This type of economic activity includes 7 codes related to various types construction works.

In 2017, this OKVED did not undergo any adjustments.

The meaning of codes 45.21.1-45.21.7 corresponds to the generally accepted decoding of the last year.

45.21.1 corresponds to general construction works in the construction of buildings. The same code designates restoration and reconstruction work. Code 45.21.1 does not include the construction of sports buildings and structures, as well as prefabricated structures.

Economic activity code 45.21.2 refers to the construction of bridges and the construction of tunnel roads. The same code designates the laying of gas and oil pipelines, as well as water supply pipes.

The laying of main pipes is also the purpose of code 45.21.3. However, when it comes to laying local pipes, 45.21.4 is preferable. To the same OKVED is related to the laying of cable TV lines underground.

Economic activity 45.21.5 is the construction of thermal and hydroelectric power plants.

Activity code 45.21.6 relates to the construction of sports buildings and structures.

And finally, OKVED 45.21.7 contains all types of construction work that are related to the construction of prefabricated structures.

So 45.21 includes different kinds activities - from the construction of residential buildings to the construction of power plants. The meaning of the code is revealed through its seven constituent parts.

OKVED ( All-Russian classifier types of economic activity) is applied when state registration individual entrepreneurs (IE) and legal entities.

In 2015, the OKVED reference book OK 029-2001 (NACE rev. 1) is used with the decoding of the codes. It was adopted by the Resolution of the Gosstandart of Russia dated November 6, 2001 No. 454-st. From January 1, 2016, OKVED 2 comes into force (version OK 029-2014 (NACE rev. 2), approved by order of Rosstandart dated January 31, 2014 No. 14-st.

OKVED structure

The handbook consists of 17 sections designated by Latin letters (A-Q) and 16 subsections (CA, SV, DA-DN). They are broken down into smaller classes, subclasses, groups, subgroups and types, represented as two to six Arabic numerals separated by dots.

The grouping code of economic activities has the following structure:

  • XX - class;
  • XX.X - subclass;
  • XX.XX - group;
  • XX.XX.X - subgroup;
  • XX.XX.XX - view.

Selection of OKVED codes

During registration new organization the question arises of the selection of types of economic activity. It is important to know that they are all selected strictly according to OKVED codes.

To find the required code, you first need to determine the field of activity of the organization (for example, textile production), then find the necessary section or subsection (for example, DB). Continue to delve into the class, subclass, group, subgroup and species, until it is determined specific species economic activity.

  • The selection of the code does not depend on the form of ownership of the organization: they are identical for individual entrepreneurs, LLC, CJSC.
  • The selected code must be at least 4 digits long, i.e. be the name of a group (XX.XX), a subgroup (XX.XX.X) or a type (XX.XX.XX).
  • IN constituent documents an unlimited number of codes can be specified (preferably no more than 20 codes).
  • When registering, one main code is indicated (the core activity of the organization) and additional (non-core occupations or activities in the near future).
  • When choosing types of economic activities, it should be remembered that some of them require licensing.
  • At any time, you can make changes to the list of codes (add or exclude).

Instructions

To facilitate the selection of the type of economic activity, a search by name or by code is organized. It is also possible to add items of interest to the saved ones for further viewing or printing codes with decoding.
